Lying and misleading information

1

Update by user Apr 18, 2020 They to0d me I would have a refund in 7 to 10 days and it is now day 35 and they are now telling me it will be at Least 90 days before I get a partial refund even though all cruises have been cancelled. The Bait and Switch behavior of NORWEGIAN CRUISE LINES continues. Stay away from the liars. Original review posted by user Mar 19, 2020 I was told at the time of booking in mid February that I had until March 15 to cancel and receive a full refund and I called in early March to confirm the information and was told the same thing. We decided to cancel an 80th birthday celebration with extended family so on March 14 I called to cancel and was told that I would only receive a 75% refund as the policy had been changed the week before (without notification) leaving me in a state of shock. A subsequent letter to the Corporation only produced a form letter informing me they had the right to change the policy whenever they wanted (in the very small print of the agreement). Given this arrogant and capricious behavior I would recommend booking with other cruise lines as their attitude toward customers is atrocious. User's recommendation: Do not ever consider booking with Norwegian because everyone I communicated with at Norwegian was only concerned about the Company rather than honoring their promise to customers.
