Lyft ride

I ordered a Lyft to take me home. The mobile APP said he was less than a mile from me so, I out my phone in my pocket. the guy never shows and I'm disabled standing out front waiting in extreme pain. I looked at my phone and did not see any rides scheduled!! User's recommendation: keep an eye on your phone.
