There has apparently been a change, and not for the better, in the plastic jars used for Kirkland Mayo. I am a 65 yr old, with arthritis in my hands and am now able to turn the lid past the point where it is tight enough to lift by the lid. (The jars are so big that using the lid is the only way I can carry it one-handed. I wonder now if the jar actually closes tight enough to protect the product? User's recommendation: Use two hands to carry, or you'll end up with mayo all over the floor!
