Low quality
After almost a year of sleep there is low area in my mattress. My wife weighs less than me and her side is good, my side like a funnel causes discomfort. I was hoping to save a little, but it didn't work out. I would really like to get a refund, if you can help I would be very grateful, I can provide a photo and a receipt.
