Low fees. Friendly staff. No long lines

I am a new customer. I opened an account yesterday. And I liked everything. There was a short line. Two people. But they work really fast so I did not have to wait for long. The teller was nice and helpful. It took him about 30 minutes to deal with all the procedures. A bit too long, but there was a comfortable sofa and my smartphone was fully charged so I did not notice how quickly that time passed. Then the teller told me about all the rules and fees in detail. He answered all my questions. That was an absolutely positive experience. Looks like they are much better than my old bank. Hope my opinion will not change.
