Bad Attitude

Yesterday my daughter, who is less than 2 years old, had her first operation (adenoid). Everything that usually had to arrive at the hospital at 07:00 (we were 07:03) in front of the reception there were already 5 children with parents had to wait about 30 minutes, then we registered and went to the ward, where we had to wait about 10 minutes until we were admitted to the ward after that took us to the ward (at first we were alone), but it took about 15 minutes, when one by one we put 4 more children with us together with our parents. After 15 minutes a doctor came and looked at us and told us everything... 08:35 took my daughter to the operation. 09:35 she was back in the ward, then started 2 mothers who were in front of the ward talking to each other loudly, someone else decided to start talking on the phone, etc. Generally speaking, insanity,which my less than 2-year-old daughter had to experience. And after all this, the question arises. 1. Why does BKUS say that you have to arrive at 07:00 to register if the earliest when the doctor looks at you is after 08:00!? 2. Why are 2-year-olds put together with 10,12-year-old children before such important examinations!?
