Very low volume when connected to devices on Bluetooth...done simple troubleshooting steps on my part and issue is still there. Your customer service is very very poor I had 3 hang up in me and never call me back and another all she kept telling me was my device was not compatible but offered absolutely no suggestion on how to fix the issue. I NEED THIS FIXED ASAP OR I WILL NO LONGER BE USING ANY KIND OF SAMSUNG DEVICE User's recommendation: Samsung has very poor customer support.
