Good afternoon I would just like to praise your pharmacy staff at your Worcester high street branch . They are always so helpful and friendly and nothing is ever too much for them . In particular I would like to say a huge well done to a lady who helped me on Wednesday the 10th of March so sorry but I cant recall her name . I had a issue with my elderly mums prescription and the lady did everything she could to help and she sorted it all for me . She even called me to say the prescription was ready . I work in retail myself and have for many years I think good service does not get praised enough . Well done Worcester you have done your self proud . Please pass on my gratitude to the staff .
