Collier Management- are a bunch of liars & incompetent apartment management staff, they send *tupid technicians to routinely fail to make maintenance repairs, or fix damages done before tenants move into their housing properties!! They are rude, racist, and they treat their minority customers like dirt, and they often blame the tenants for their problems, especially for their incompetence on making needed repairs, they make empty promises on allowing residents to stay for many years, when instead; they steal your money & evict you for no reason- in less than a year!!!
