Lousy customer service about 2 phone payments.

Made 2 payments on Jan 1 for Jan and jan30 for feb. Payment. Got confirm numbers for both. Got letter saying no payment in jan. Called and was told they couldn't look up confirm number and I need to send bank statement. What is the point of confirmation number it y'all can't do it. Enough problems caring for stroke victim whose policy this is, without stress from y'all about payments already made. This needs to be address. User's recommendation: Don't use.
