Lousy billing practices

I placed an order on 12/14/17 over the phone. I advised them of my new address. Then I went on line and updated my information to reflect my correct address. For 3 months they never sent me a bill. Then in mid March they email me saying my account is past due. When I called I found out they were sending the statements to my old address. They claim that I was supposed to contact Comenity bank directly to give them my updated info. I told them I updated everything on line. At the time they decided to email me my account was already 2 months past due with another payment due a few days after I got their email. They have charged me almost $100 in late fees in just 3 months, refuse to take the charges off, and ruined my credit because they made a mistake and sent the bills to the wrong address. I updated everything I was supposed to. I did the exact same thing with my Roamans account and never had a problem. They insist on telling me I have to pay these charges and that it was my fault for not contacting them directly. Thats BS!!!! Im still fighting with these idiots because I refuse to pay all these charges. I got my order on 12/22 and they wanted their first payment on 1/12/18. And on that due date they charged me a late fee. Who charges a late fee on the payment due date??? Will NEVER do business with this place ever again. Their reps are a bunch of smart mouth ***
