Loud pipes and backfiring initially.

I spoke to a tech representative and got some insight on my backfiring,but no resolution on my pipes, since I already have the quiet baffles,but the rep was as helpful as he could be. User's recommendation: Depends if they want really loud pipes,which is a problem in N.Y. because they are supposed to be enforcing a new M.C. noise law.
