Checked lottery tickets amount won $35 gave cashier tickets she gave me $21 dollars keeping $14 dollars , day before different cashier ripped me off $5 dollars . I always check my tickets before cashing them in on the scanner. I believe they are scamming customers. I will be notifying the N.Y. Lottery on whats going on at the Baldwin Street store is Johnson city N.Y. There probably scamming many customers.
