I am making a complaint about your store in Farmington, Utah. Around 11:00 AM on Monday, August 27, 2018, my sons and I were at the store. My 9 year old son grabbed a gold elephant to show me, since I am obsessed with elephants, and the store associate came and pulled it out of his hands only to put it back where it was. I am not sure if the associate needs help, or is crazy, but that’s not ok. You cannot pull something out of a child’s hand. Nutso.
