order # BBB654102**** case # 210209-****31 ordered over a month ago i"ve followed up many times your rep " LOVELACE" was her name tole me a week ago she would follow it until i had it by last friday , still don't have SHE LIED TO ME !!!! i just cancelled the order because i couldn't speak to a supervisor &;;;;;;;;; you wouldn't next day air my order. i'll get it from amazon tomorrow, with no aggravation you've already billed me &;amp; i was told a credit is coming i'll check & if not i'll contest it with amex i try to use brick & mortar stores, but you've shown me why Amazon is so successful any questions steve bondroff 410-409-**** sbond10249@***.com
