Lost tree

I had another person invite me into his site and then I went to my trees and all I could see was his tree and my entire tree was gone. Panicked beyond belief I called customer.The support person I spoke to was able to help me in about 5 minutes.He showed me a way to see various trees and my tree was there,still in total contact!
