So this service World Remit is a Scam. I have used them for 2 years and I have done transfers up to 5000 usd per time and it has worked. Transfers have been from Scandinavia to Kenya. Then suddenly one transfer was lost and then the problem starts. I have been sent round in a loop of their customer service. I kindly asked for a swift confirmation (confirmation that they have sent the money) but they could not produce such. I ask them to pay back but they refused. I was lucky I only lost 100 USD it could have been much much worse. Since they did not reimburse me or did anything I cant trust them and I advice others not to use the service since they cant be trusted! I am using Western Union Now and it works great so far. User's recommendation: Do NOT use it.
