Lost time in ukiah

i drove 45 miles, from lakeport to ukiah cal.to rotate the tires on my truck.(5,000 miles)i asked how long it would take, and was told 1-1/2 to 2 hr.i left the truck and was told they would call when ready.i walked around for 1-1/2 hr,and found my truck moved.went in and thank them asked for my keys.i was told they did not need rotation.i was also told that they called me on my cell.(not true).i am getting ready to go out of state ,so made a point of telling them i wanted them rotated.35 min.later they are done.my point is,when I asked for the tires to be rotated it should have been done without questioning it. After this experience i will I will do business locally. (jim bilderback j&b electric .
