Lost shotgun during shipping via UPS

Hello, no resolution with Remington yet. I was able to speak with 1 person and she told me she would forward the info to the right person and they would contact me. I never heard back from anyone and just get voicemail when i call now, very frustrating. User's recommendation: Don’t buy any Remington firearms they were a good company but sketchy now and unreliable.
