Lost shipment, late deliveries, and rude customer service

Original review posted by user May 11, 2021 Didn't show up for a 4-hour window on a weekday, kept me on hold for hours when I called their customer service numbers, and never returned calls from their messages online while I took a day off to receive a shipment they showed was "out for delivery". When I did get through to a live person, they had attitude, put me on hold and cut me off making me call back and be put on hold again, and again. User's recommendation: Request a different carrier whenever possible.
