Lost shipment, late deliveries, and rude customer service

Update by user Jun 10, 2021 Never once heard from this company. Original review posted by user May 11, 2021 Didn't show up for a 4-hour window on a weekday, kept me on hold for hours when I called their customer service numbers, and never returned calls from their messages online while I took a day off to receive a shipment they showed was "out for delivery". When I did get through to a live person, they had attitude, put me on hold and cut me off making me call back and be put on hold again, and again. User's recommendation: Request a different carrier whenever possible.
