Lost reward points
I cannot reach you by phone and your Loyalty text-back doesn't work, so I'm trying this. I had to cancel 3 reservations last year due to the Covid lockdown. We are ready to start traveling this summer and I want to book Hertz as usual. However, I got a message from AwardWallet at the start of March telling me that all 658 points had expired. I went to look in my Hertz account and it seems they are right. It took me years to gain those points and I lost them through no fault of my own! I would think that you, like airlines, would not expire points when Covid was the cause for non-usage. Can my points be reinstated so I can book for July, August and September? I'm Thomas Raucina, my Hertz # is 3062****.
