Lost refill blades

I ordered replacement blades for Hatty's Christmas gift. When I asked for his mailing address, he provided his street but not the appartment number. When I called for a status update, the order was refilled (with unit number) while your company awaits the the return of the original orde. In my opinion the your customer service is as good as they come.
