Lost payments, lack of customer

Six weeks ago my credit card was stolen. Called and changed the payment information with Citizens One for the Vivint equipment financing. Thought I was good, was called told my payment didn't go through because the card was closed, told them I already updated it. Updated the card AGAIN and then received a call today saying that I was behind on my payments. Was frustrated so I just paid off the full balance asking for a confirmation email they told me they couldn't do that... Told them of my situation and was concerned that they weren't going to take my payment and then would report to the credit agency that I wasn't making my payments. So I needed something from them today to confirm that payment was made. Was forwarded to multiple "managers" saying they didn't have email capability, asked to be escalated to their managers and every time I was either forwarded back to the general line or hung up on..... Not happy with this organization, they have been a problem to work with and will let Vivint know of my frustration in working with them. All I want is to confirm that the payment was made in full by them so they can't go to the credit agency saying I never made the payment. The people were nice for the most part, the organization is just very dysfunctional.

If you are actual Representative of Citizens One you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
