Lost parcel, awful communications
Parcel2go failed to deliver a birthday present in February. When I opened a dispute, they promptly found it in their depot, pro.ised (3 times) it would be delivered, and never did. There is no way to contact them! PISSED CONSUMER got a response within 5 days. Sadly the parcel has disappeared, but at least I got a refund, in the end.
