Lost Order
I placed an order on Jan 13 was told to expect the order on the 15th of Jan. Was not able to reach the company by email, however when they sent me the renewal email, I was able to communicate with them that the initial order was never received. They immediately sent out the order again. This was not the company's fault, it was the post office that lost my order. For those of you who have lost an order, followup with the USPS tracking number, and contact them to investigate where the order is! Good luck! They will provide you satisfaction.
