Lost order/poor customer service

I placed an order, the item never arrived and all I keep being told is either, "not my problem" or "well, it's mother's day and we are really busy". 45 min with the on-line chant, the rep disconnected the chat, and an hour on the phone, being transferred to one rep after another and not being told I was being transferred. Just got off the phone with an executive (?) and again told, we can't do anything. User's recommendation: Don't ever use them to send a gift.
