Your staff told me that there was no nozzle available at your company to fit my new hair dryer. I was upset that that the person told me to go to Sally and purchase a generic brand. Since then, I have located my lost nozzle. I couldnt believe your large company couldnt locate one. I dont think I will recommend any of your products to my friends.
