Lost card/replacement
I called on January 8 2019 to report a stolen/lost card. I was given the case# 1132162. on January 10th I sent the requested receipt and copy of my utility bill. I sent the information to [email protected]. I have not heard one word back and when I called to follow up I have been given a run a round.
