While travelling from toronto to delhi via abu dhabi , i have list my apple 12 pro max mobile phone from my baggage. I am trying to contact the airways to resolve my this problem but unable to contact a specific department till now. I am still trying to get my phone back . But no response. Theft of my baggage items show bad management of airways. User's recommendation: Kindly lock your baggage properly.
