Lost and incorrect invoices

Every month we have random charges to our departments nestle account. when we try to contact our vendor, Justin Jenson, it is an act of congress to get a reply, let alone an updated invoice. Our department no longer has the luxury of supplied water and we are drinking filtered tap water.. thanks Nestle. i wonder if ozarka is better.
