Promised a full refund. Tried to book a different flight using the "credit". Was given a price 40% higher than listed on their own site for the same flight at that time. Was told the "price is subject to change" and "booking price is different that seat price" and "not all business class seats are the same price" (eh?). 3hr wait times for "customer service". Misleading. Overcharging for flight changes. It's a criminal company. User's recommendation: Book directly with the airline.
