Recently purchased a Loreal Pro steampod for £199 after reading rave reviews. Unfortunately after one try I realised this did not work on my hair. Packaged back up in immaculate condition and returned (another £9). Just been informed they will not refund and are sending it back to me. Really poor customer service. If I had used a more reputable Co. like Boots or QVC tgen this would nit be a issue This is a really expensive item that did not work for me. I had no idea I would not be able to return for a refund otherwise I would not have purchased it. I've never had any issue with any other UK based company in this way. Extremely poor.
