Update by user Jul 07, 2021 I've had an unusable grill sitting in my home for 2 weeks with no resolve from Coleman Customer Service. I've uploaded supporting pictures per their request though receive emails asking me to provide these things as if they were not attached to the original complaints submitted. Original review posted by user Jul 07, 2021 Emails get bounced back and phone disconnects. I have had a faulty producing sitting in my home for 2 weeks now with no resolve as I'm unable to get through to a human actually able to offer assistance. User's recommendation: Go with another company who value their customers.
