I was sent an email from a supervisor who does not EXIST stating I would get a refund on my order that your company screwed up in 3-5 business days it is now over said time, I love how you hire people that lie to me and waste my time, perhaps other people need to know what a worthless company this is oh and my Attorney has a copy of YOUR EMAIL User's recommendation: Never shop at Nordstrom’s Rack.
