Looking to get something repaired on my tub. The “lever:” that keeps the door closed – is not functioning as it should … it will *barely* cover the plate on the door … barely…
It is not "what happened", but what will happen. The lever holding the door closed when someone is in the tub - that lever is - for some reason ... just a wee bit over the plate on the door. I'm desperate to get in touch with Safe Step tubs to see about repair or replacement of the door / latch.
