Purchased in 2018. Promised all sorts of goodies - like cruise, free air travel and others. Hard to reach them to schedule, nothing available and nothing free. Taxes on a cheap 7 day cruise were higher than beautiful 14 day cruises we have taken. Has anyone successful cancelled their contract? I am 71 and still 42 year years left on contract. User's recommendation: Never, never, never do it.
