Looking for parts

Trying to order parts I'm having bad luck on the internet but seems like cannot make a phone call to get to talk to someone about it I don't understand why but I really would like to be able to talk to a person so I can try to order these parts I really appreciated the somebody to get a hold of me at 443-409-**** thank you
