I ordered a large, but received a medium. I emailed the next day for the address for exchange/return. I also sent a few more emails after only getting the automated reply saying that my email was received. There is a 30 day limit on exchanges. Now two weeks later I still have not received the email with the necessary address. Is the 30 day timeline for when I sent the email or will you wait until time runs out and you can't do anything?
