Longlashesonline charged me for a shipment I didn’t receive.

Product was sent by them but not delivered...most likely lost or stolen. Company refused to replace product or refund the 89.00 plus shipping. Lost my loyalty and all future monthly orders. Is one shipment worth that much? What ever happened to customer service? Emails were ignored and I was called a potential thief. I posted a comment on the "Guest Book" page which was answered and then deleted. You may note that only glowing reviews appear on the site. Everything is great until you have a problem. Save yourself the trouble and find a less expensive site to buy lash products from.
