Ordered 3 items from them, had a hick-up during checkout, so had to get in contact with them... and was plesantly surprised at how quickly it was dealt with (it was a paypal issue, so not their fault). And then came the wait... 18 days "processing time"! When the delivery finally was shipped off, the shipping time was as expected (10 days... which is the norm). Clothes were really good, apart from the size issue. Ordered a size up on a coat, and it fit perfect. However, the two other items were "one-size"... and one-size is clearly meant for tiny little elven creatures, not a normal sized M female. :) If you're not in a hurry, and want decent clothes for a cheap price, then I would recommend them.
