I have cancelled my ticket booked through Makemytrip (Booking reference id: AN7019555100890) on 25th April 2021. The booking is from Dubai to Hyderabad (Indigo) and Hyderabad to Dubai (Emirates). After continuous follow-up's, the refund has been initiated for Indigo flight. However, the refund amount for Emirates is showing as Zero. I was shocked and called their customer care who do not have any clue to guide and they finally say it would take another 45 days to process the refund. Meanwhile Emirates has denied to refund any amount if the booking is done through travel agent (Make my Trip). There is no clear information neither from customer care nor any definite time line to process the refund. Request Make my trip management to look into the matter and do the needful and its a lesson learnt that I would never after book any tickets through your portal
