Logo Spectrum “owner” incompetence

Just witnessed a fellow colleague on the phone with so called "owner" Michelle who was rude from the start. Badges were not inspected prior to being shipped. Font was unreadable and badges appeared cheap. "Owner" Michelle also wanted to charge our colleague shipping for to return a sub par product that Logo Spectrum touts that their "lead designer" was "quite happy with the final product". With three other realtors within earshot of this rude"owner" we all agreed to NEVER use them and to make sure everyone in our office knows about how they handled a top performing realtor who wheels a lot of influence within this company!! Unbelievable the incompetence and juvenile customer service.
