Logging into my music account with a new phone

I called customer service and explained to them that my phone associated with my account went into the ocean while on vacation. I got a new phone and number and signed into my amazon music but it wanted to send a text to my old number to verify it was me even after putting my password in. I answered several security questions to prove it was me so I could add my new number to my account but the agent still refused to do it without me accessing my email. Which I can not do because I'm on vacation and all passwords are at home. I also explained that this had happened to me last year and after 5 phone calls I was finally able to reach someone that simply added the phone number so I could listen to my music that I pay $17.99 a month to listen to. I just want my music. Not to much to ask for.
