I purchased a used truck a few months ago and 1st the salesperson said he wanted a $10,000 deposit off an account I was closing. He said he would tell the finance guy I would bring in a money order for that same amount, but he didnt. He also refused a check in the same amount off of my new account. But they tried to cash the 1st check on the old account, so I had a bunch of fees to pay. The manager i called promised a gas gift card for my troubles...he lied to me, because I never got it. The main manager was unconcerned about the salesperson (Travis) lying, about the manager (Ron) lying and Bert couldn't care less.
