Birchbox is an awful company!!! Please don't even consider subscribing, it will haunt you and possibly ruin your credit! I've had to cancel my credit card to keep this company from stealing a monthly fee from me. You can't cancel!! There is no phone number! I sent an email asking for a phone call, they finally called...arrogant like I've never heard before, and still said no way to cancel, sorry you'll be charged for the remainder of the year. INSANE people, rude people, thieves without a conscience. I'm in utter disbelief that this company can exist. You've been warned, please, please, please heed this warning!!!
