Update by user Nov 12, 2020 Tide asking for receipts and both jugs. Only have the most recent jug and no way can I find receipt. They are asking for a long list that I cannot provide. They should send me a prepaid box for the jug that split and check it out themselves. I cannot be the only person this has happened to. Update by user Nov 12, 2020 Contacted Tide. Received a gift card. Need them to pay for clean up of both washer and dryer, removed spilled product and reinstall.both machines. We are an older who cannot move the machines... Original review posted by user Nov 12, 2020 Jug of Tide Original spontaneously split open while sitting on top of washer. Half the jug leaked all down washer, under and between washer and dryer. Second time. The first time, there was not much product left in container, both bought at Costco. Tide accused me if dropping. Hardly. Went in, filled cup and poured into washer and when I returned to put the clean load into dryer, tide was oozing all over the laundry room. User's recommendation: Do not buy. Its a mess that we are unable to clean up. Appliances ha e to be moved, cleaned and reinstalled.
