LinkedIn Premium Subscription – Not being able to cancel it (no other way to contact your team)

Dear LinkedIn Team, I have been trying to cancel my LinkedIn Premium subscription since the past 3/4 months. On my profile, it is clearly indicated that I am a premium user however upon clicking 'Me' and then 'Access my Premium' I only get a screen that highlights a message which says 'Something went wrong Try refreshing the page'. I have been trying since the past few months but to no avail. There is no other email address or customer support ID which I can reach out to hence I am writing here.
