Line cancellation from may still not done

Good day, I cancelled a Pretoria line [protected] in May, it is linked to our business account but no longer in use. the main line [protected] and [protected] and [protected] MUST remain operational but internet and rental stopped. All the documentation has been sent to the cancellations email at the end of April as well as being escalated 2x using the escalation email address with no effect . we are still being billed for a line that has obviously not been cancelled and is no longer in use Company Intoweb Design Main no [protected] contact no [protected]
