Found a beautiful fixture on this site. No problem with delivery or the fixture except my error. As a new widow I am finding, through trial and error, that specifics my husband would had caught do not occur to me. My ceiling is 10' tall and the fixture is made for an 8' ceiling. OK - this is what is called a Mistake but We Got Lites would not stand behind their product for return and refund! The Customer Service Agent, Denise, tried to be helpful but the Company would not budge. So Buyers - Be Ware of What you are Dealing With and Know going in that there is no Margin for Error!!! NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER - WILL NEVER RETURN!!!
