I have bought TravelHacker app from this website, I redeemed the code and the service/product is not as described on the website. It is totally different as the website and the TravelHacker are advertising. The experience of contacting customer service of Stacksocial is one of the worst experience, they are not professional and keep repeating the same thing, sending the same T&Cs! I have a been a good customer but I really regret why I have been buying stuff from Stacksocial which is not taking responsibility of what they are selling. I contacted them for a refund, but they don't take the responsibility and keep saying when a product redeemed is final and it will be non refundable.
